Fully Paid – Personal Loan No. 1

Woot, woot! As of this morning, my personal loan #1 has been paid off in full! It was supposed to be paid off yesterday, but there are sending limits with Zill So I had to split my payments between different days.

Boy, that makes me feel good!

This was a loan from a friend last fall for $2,500. It has now been paid off.

Personal Loan #2 of the same amount borrowed at the same time will be repaid in full next month.

I talked to my dad and told him I would start paying off my debts after I paid off these, and he told me to pay off my interest-bearing debts first. So I’m going to change my plan for the fall and winter.

Consumer Debt Repayment Goals:

August – Personal Loan #2

October – CC Wander

November – CC Amazon

January – Dad (new heater for my house in January)

February – CC Frontier

More realistic

I feel like this is a more realistic plan. The only thing that might be able to accelerate it is if my current big contract becomes full-time. (We are in talks about this; however, the company needs to grow a bit more before the owner is willing to make that commitment.) The great thing is that we are at the end of the initial six-month period and we have not planned for an end.

Life is beautiful and I am grateful for it.
