Swedish sausage dish

Cheap, quick, very filling and full of starch, it costs less than $1 per person. This is useful if you have excess boiled potatoes from the day before. It takes a while to prepare, it’s active cooking rather than passive, so I don’t do it often. It tastes really good though.

ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of potatoes
  • 6-8 cylinders of mystery meat (sausage)
  • red pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 small can of tomato paste

how:

  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them.
  2. While it’s boiling, chop the onion and fry it golden brown in a large pot.
  3. While frying, cut the sausages into slices and add them to the onions.
  4. While stirring the onions and hot dogs occasionally, cut the potatoes into thick finger-shaped slices.
  5. While chopping the potatoes, add a tablespoon of paprika to the bowl with the milk and tomato paste. excitement.
  6. Add the potatoes and mix them all over. Finished.

Success generally depends on the softness of the potatoes. Generally less is better. If you pressure cook them, do not pre-cut them. Not that I’d do anything like that
